Orders Shipping and Returns Policies
The below policies applied to all orders placed at oshoplin.com.
1- Shipping
Oshoplin.com offers free shipping on all orders. This promotion applies to deliveries within Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar only.
Free Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped on business days (SUN-THU) from our warehouses excluding holidays. Orders placed using free standard shipping will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days, and delivery expected within 3-4 business days to Egypt, and 5-6 business days to KSA, UAE and Qatar. Shipping restrictions may apply.
Fast Shipping: Orders are shipped on business days (SUN-THU) from our warehouses excluding holidays. Orders placed using fast shipping and completed before 5pm, will be processed and shipped same day, and delivery expected within 1-2 business days to Egypt, and 3-4 business days to KSA, UAE and Qatar. Orders placed after 5pm, shall be shipped next business day. Shipping restrictions may apply.
International Shipping: In case of shipping internationally, please allow an additional of two business days processing time.

Please note, during high volume times such as holidays and special sales, there may be a delay in order processing. Your order is important to us, so, rest assured that we will be working hard to process your order as fast as possible. For any help, please chat with us, or send us an email.
Packing and Shipping: When possible all items to the selected shipping addressee will be packaged together. Depending on the size of the item and number of units, orders may be packed and shipped in multiple boxes
2- Returns / Exchange and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
- Returns accepted by mail 21-day from order date. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached.
- Gift cards, fragrance, beauty, and lingerie items are not eligible for a return, exchange, refund or credit.
- To start a return, please click here to visit Your Account, and choose your order. Customers can also contact us at cs@oshoplin.com for any clarifications related to a return. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. In most cases, and for our customers complete satisfaction and convenience, an agent will pick-up the items requested for return from your doorstep. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- All returned items shall be inspected before issuing a refund and/or exchange.
- If approved, we shall deduct the shipping fees from the returned item(s) total amount, then we will process your refund* within 1-2 business days after approval.
- Oshoplin.com shall in no way send cash with agents. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method was selected at time of placing your order, the refund shall be processed to any Smart Wallet of your choice.
- In case your order received free shipping when you placed your order, and the order total amount becomes less than the free shipping promotion, the order shipping rate shall be deducted from the refund total amount.
- In case of rejection**, we will send back the returned item(s) to the same address within 1-2 business days.
* you should see the refunded amount in your bank within 14 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To the maximum satisfaction of Oshoplin.com customers, we, at most cases approve the return item(s), however, customers must ensure the returned items are according to Oshoplin.com policy in order to avoid return shipping fees. Return shipping fees is EGP200 L.E for each return shipment from Egypt, SAR40 from KSA, AED40 from UAE, and QAR40 from Qatar.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
- Estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
- Currently, we ship to Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. Restrictions may apply.
- Unfortunately, we did not ship internationally at the moment, however, we are working hard to expand in the very near future.
- Usually, we charge you after your order have shipped.
- You will not be billed for items purchased until the items have shipped.
- In the unusual situation in which only one item is available and two customers place it in their shopping bag at the same time, one customer may receive an out of stock message at checkout and/ or may receive a message noting the item is out of stock after placing the order.

- valU (Buy Now, Pay Later), available for Egyptians;
- Smart Wallets such as Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, etc...;
- * Cash on Delivery.
KSA, UAE, and Qatar:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa – Mastercard – American Express – Mada);
* Cash on Delivery [Egypt]: Oshoplin.com accepts payments at your doorstep. To provide our customers with the best quality of service, Aramex Agent shall collect order total amount before our customers can open their parcel. Please note Cash on Delivery (COD) service may be subject to extra fees.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT
- Credit and debit cards are not charged until the order is shipped.
- For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Discounts & Promotions
- Any promotion code is only valid for purchases on www.oshoplin.com, for single use only, unless stated differently.
- For the promotion code to be applied successfully, the total order amount must exceed the value of the promotion code.
- Any promotion code is non-refundable nor replaceable in case of (full or partial) returns of that order.
- Please enter your promotion code by clicking on ‘Enter promo code’ when you are on the shopping bag (cart) page or checkout page. Then click on ‘Apply’.
- Only one promotion code is redeemable per order, unless stated differently.
- Promotion codes cannot be used in combination with other existing promotions or sales*, unless stated differently.
- In case of returns, the promotion code value will be proportionally split across the ordered items.
