HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Creating an account at oshoplin.com is just simple like that.
Simply click My Account at the top of any page, then write your email that you have access to, and you will receive a login code. Simply use this login code to access your account. Logging in to your account gives you an easy and convenient way to shop, track your shipments, and receive emails about your order, new collections, sales and promotions, and exclusive events.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
Accessing your account at oshoplin.com is just as simple as no password is required to access your account. Just write your email, and use the login code sent to you inbox to access your account. Its just simple as that.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
Yes you can. To view or check your orders, you will need to create new account using the same email used while placing your order.

Oshoplin accepts payments at your doorstep. To provide our customers with the best quality of service, delivery agent shall collect your order total amount before our customers can open their parcel. For your convenient, you have 21-day return window from order date to request a return. To know more about return and refund, please visit Returns & Refunds. Cash on Delivery service is subject to extra fees.
The Cash on Delivery payment method requires an additional non-refundable fee of EGP100. It will be added to your order total automatically after completing your order.

WHY ISN'T MY PAYMENT GOING THROUGH?
Make sure that your billing name and address match the credit card you're using for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. If you're still having trouble, please contact us.

All prices shown already includes all taxes.

WHAT IS FINAL SALE OR CLEARANCE?
Merchandise marked 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' will not be restocked and may not be returned or exchanged.
MY PROMOTION CODE ISN'T WORKING, WHAT'S GOING ON?
To redeem a special offer at oshoplin.com, enter your promo code while in your shopping cart or during checkout. After entering the promo code, adjustments will be made to eligible products and will be displayed in your order summary. If you're having trouble, make sure to double check that the terms of the promotional code you're using are eligible with the items you have in your cart.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION CODE ON AN ORDER?
Only one promotion code can be applied per order, unless stated differently.
SHIPPING
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship Sunday through Thursday excluding holidays.
Free Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped on business days (SUN-THU) from our warehouses excluding holidays. Orders placed using free standard shipping will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days, and delivery expected within 3-4 business days to Egypt, and 5-6 business days to KSA, UAE, and Qatar. Shipping restrictions may apply.
Fast Shipping: Orders are shipped on business days (SUN-THU) from our warehouses excluding holidays. Orders placed using fast shipping and completed before 5pm, will be processed and shipped same day, and delivery expected within 1-2 business days to Egypt, and 3-4 business days to KSA, UAE, Qatar. Orders placed after 5pm, shall be shipped next business day. Shipping restrictions may apply.
International Shipping: In case of shipping internationally, please allow an additional of two business days processing time.

Yes. oshoplin.com offers free standard shipping on all orders. This promotion applies to deliveries within Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar only. Shipping restrictions to some destinations may apply.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can change the shipping address since the order still under processing.
Since your order have entered the shipping process, unfortunately, you won't be able to change the shipping address.
