Orders are shipped on business days (SUN-THU) from our warehouses excluding holidays. We offer a number of shipping methods for your convenience. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen. You will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Fast Shipping).

Returns accepted by mail 21-day of your order date. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached.
Gift cards, fragrance, beauty, and lingerie items are not eligible for a return, exchange, refund or credit.
A flat rate of any return shipment shall be as follow:
- For orders delivered in Egypt is EGP200 L.E.
- For orders delivered in Saudi Arabia is SAR40.
- For orders delivered in United Arab Emirates is AED40.
- For orders delivered in Qatar is QAR40.
