Oshoplin accepts payments at your doorstep. To provide our customers with the best quality of service, delivery agent shall collect your order total amount before our customers can open their parcel. For your convenient, you have 21-day return window from order date to request a return. To know more about return and refund, please visit Returns & Refunds. Cash on Delivery service is subject to extra fees.
The Cash on Delivery payment method requires an additional non-refundable fee of EGP50. It will be added to your order total automatically after completing your order.

Merchandise marked 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' will not be restocked and may not be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING
We ship Sunday through Thursday excluding holidays.
Free Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped on business days (SUN-THU) from our warehouses excluding holidays. Orders placed using free standard shipping will be processed for shipping within 1-2 business days, and delivery expected within 3-4 business days to Egypt, and 5-6 business days to KSA and UAE. Shipping restrictions may apply.
Fast Shipping: Orders are shipped on business days (SUN-THU) from our warehouses excluding holidays. Orders placed using fast shipping and completed before 5pm, will be processed and shipped same day, and delivery expected within 1-2 business days to Egypt, and 3-4 business days to KSA and UAE. Orders placed after 5pm, shall be shipped next business day. Shipping restrictions may apply.
International Shipping: In case of shipping internationally, please allow an additional of two business days processing time.

Yes. oshoplin.com offers free standard shipping on all orders. This promotion applies to deliveries within Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates only. Shipping restrictions to some destinations may apply.
Yes, you can change the shipping address since the order still under processing.
Since your order have entered the shipping process, unfortunately, you won't be able to change the shipping address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. Oshoplin’s Return Policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 21-day of your order date for most items, exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Gift cards, fragrance, beauty, and lingerie items are not eligible for a return, exchange, refund or credit. Once a return is received, it takes 7-14 business days to process your return, in addition to 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Orders placed using Cash on delivery payment method shall receive their refund via any Smart Wallet of your choice. Oshoplin.com can not in anyway refund cash with our shipping company representatives.
Please note, items marked Gift Cards, Fragrance, Beauty, and Lingerie items are not eligible for a return, exchange, refund or credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
When a return is approved, we shall deduct the shipping fees from the returned item(s) total amount, then process your refund within 1-2 business days after approval.
In case of rejection, we will send back the returned item(s) to the same address within 1-2 business days. Return shipping fees for orders delivered in the following countries for each return shipment shall be as follow:
- For orders delivered in Egypt is EGP200 L.E.
- For orders delivered in Saudi Arabia is SAR40.
- For orders delivered in United Arab Emirates is AED40.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To the maximum satisfaction of Oshoplin.com customers, we, at most cases approve the return item(s), however, customers must ensure the returned items are according to Oshoplin.com Return Policy and eligible for return in order to avoid return shipping fees.
You have to return your item 1st. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have intend to exchange within 21-day of your order date, and once the return is accepted, we'll then send you the new item.
To start a return, please click here to visit Your Account, and choose your order. Customers can also contact us at cs@oshoplin.com for any clarifications related to a return. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. In most cases, and for our customers complete satisfaction and convenience, an agent will pick-up the items requested for return from your doorstep. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A return for any damaged item shall be requested within 2 maximum days from receiving your order.
You may place an order for the replacement item(s) however, availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed.
