Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
Returns accepted by mail 21-day of your order date. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached.
Gift cards, fragrance, beauty, and lingerie items are not eligible for a return, exchange, refund or credit.
A flat rate of any return shipment shall be as follow:
- For orders delivered in Egypt is EGP150 L.E.
- For orders delivered in Saudi Arabia is SAR40.
- For orders delivered in United Arab Emirates is AED40.
